Who is Peter Mintzberg?

Peter Mintzberg, set to assume the role of CEO at Grayscale on August 15, brings a wealth of experience from his tenure in traditional finance, notably with prominent Wall Street institutions. Currently serving as the Global Head of Strategy at Goldman Sachs Assets and Wealth Management, Mintzberg's financial acumen and strategic vision are expected to drive Grayscale towards its next phase of growth.

Mintzberg's professional journey includes notable positions at Goldman Sachs, Apollo Global Management, Invesco, and BlackRock, with his career commencing at McKinsey & Co in New York. Recognized for his achievements, Mintzberg has been honored as a Latino Leader in Finance by the Alumni Society and as a David Rockefeller Fellow in 2017.

Educationally, Mintzberg holds an MBA from Harvard University and is an alumnus of Stanford University Graduate School of Business, having earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer and Industrial Engineering from the Federal University of Brazil.
