We have this very delicious delicacy in my place that whenever we are preparing it for breakfast we start as early as 4 am so we can eat by 8 am.

We don't just decide to start by 4 am, we plan and share roles with everyone capable of helping in the cooking. This is because if the work is to be done by one person, it's always tasking and stressful and so the need to share the work process amongst capable hands.

It is said that "two heads are better than one," but in the preparation of this meal, more heads are needed.

There are goals you've set this month that won't be easy to achieve, you know that too but because of pride or whatever you may want to term it decided to journey alone in it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to look down on your strength or your capabilities but come on, we both know that assistance will go a long way to speed things up what do you think?

Learn to delegate work.

Learn to seek help when needed.

Learn to collaborate.

They all make the work faster, the goals easily achieved, and save time.

The world is waiting to celebrate your achievement, don't keep them waiting because you refuse to seek assistance or share roles.
