Kain Warwick, co-founder of Synthetix, has announced the launch of Infinex, a revolutionary front-end site designed to streamline decentralized finance (DeFi) applications into a user-friendly interface. The platform introduces the Infinex Account, offering a seamless experience for users. A waitlist process has begun, with early access granted based on deposits and governance points.

Infinex aims to eliminate common barriers to entry in DeFi, such as complex wallet setups, asset bridging, and gas fees. The platform boasts cross-chain capabilities, ensuring a secure and simplified experience. Users can access the platform through passkey authentication and social sign-in options, abstracting away usual complexities. Warwick emphasized Infinex's goal of making DeFi more accessible, allowing users to harness the full potential of on-chain trading without relying on centralized databases.

Operating alongside Synthetix, which has nearly $500 million in deposits locked, Infinex is co-founded by Wil Johnston. The initial networks supported include Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base, with plans for expansion.
