The Kava Origin Foundation recently proposed hosting Stargate in its ecosystem, a proposal that the community overwhelmingly passed. While the exact margin of approval has not been disclosed, the integration is set to go live soon, as announced by Kava.

In the initial phase, the Foundation has requested a single pool focusing on USDT, encompassing various chains including Polygon, Optimism, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, and BNB Chain. This launch is significant, evidenced by the Foundation's plan for a 2-year grant distribution totaling 500,000 KAVA to be distributed monthly, complementing the Kava Rise program aimed at promoting innovation and transparency among developers driving network adoption. The initial grant will kick off with 50,000 KAVA.

Additionally, over 25,000 KAVA is estimated to be distributed monthly through Abracadabra KAVA incentives to ensure the success of the Stargate launch. KAVA intends to conduct a robust marketing campaign to maximize the benefits of cross-chain interoperability, emphasizing Stargate's revolutionary features to the public.

Once integrated, Stargate will unlock new revenue streams and gateways for the Stargate DAO, bridging previously inaccessible connections between the Cosmos ecosystem and Stargate. Success will be measured by the seamless transfer of USDT across various ecosystems, including Kava, Ethereum, and Arbitrum, offering users flexibility and efficiency during cross-network USDT transfers.

While integration steps are currently undisclosed, they are expected to be shared upon Stargate's launch on Kava.

The Kava Network combines scalability and speed as a layer-1 blockchain, leveraging Cosmos SDK with dedicated developer support for Ethereum, enabling developers to drive Web3 and next-generation blockchain technology growth through its unique co-chain architecture.
