Manta token has achieved an impressive valuation of $3.7 billion within just 10 days since its launch. Despite experiencing a recent 2.565% decline in the past 24 hours, it has surged by 47.98% over the last week.

Early adopters had the opportunity to acquire the token through airdrops starting from January 18, 2024. Manta Network operates on two layers: Manta Pacific and Manta Atlantic. Notably, Manta Pacific has accumulated a Total Value Locked (TVL) of $1.7 billion, positioning it as the third largest Layer 2 network.

However, there are indications that many optimistic traders are transferring their assets away from the network in anticipation of the next airdrop, although no official date has been announced yet.

The network's processing capacity of 1.5 transactions per second (TPS) has drawn scrutiny from the community, especially when compared to leading Layer 2 solutions like Optimism and Arbitrum, which boast higher TPS numbers. The Manta community anticipates integration with Moonbeam to enhance interoperability with the Polkadot ecosystem.

In the future, Manta Network plans to transition Manta Pacific to a zkEVM solution based on Polygon, although specifics regarding timing remain unclear.

Despite its recent 2.04% decline in the last 24 hours, Manta token's overall rise has been consistent. Meanwhile, another token, WEN, based on Solana, has gained attention with over $429 billion worth of tokens claimed by users, following an airdrop that ended just three days ago.

The claiming process for WEN tokens was straightforward, requiring users to transact on the Jupiter Exchange over the past six months. This exchange, a leading DEX on Solana, features top pairs such as USDC/WEN and SOL/WEN.

While Manta Network has faced a slight decline recently, its potential for recovery remains high in the coming days.
