The recipient address, "UQCMOX," now holds a substantial 213.48 million TON, equivalent to $1.59 billion. This active wallet is believed to belong to Telegram, the popular messaging app with nearly a billion users, which has close ties to the TON blockchain.

While the TON Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting the blockchain, initiated the transfer, it remains unclear whether this was a donation to Telegram. Neither Telegram nor the TON Foundation have officially commented on this massive cryptocurrency movement.
