As a growing SocialFi platform that aims to be the go-to store for everything web3 education and information, NODO depends on the contributions of the users. The NODO platform is an open platform where any user is free to make contributions and get a chance to be rewarded. One of the methods that NODO employs in incentivizing contributions is the XP system.

NODO XP System

The NODO XP system is a type of tracker which corresponds to users' contributions to the NODO platform. Meaning more contributions, more XP, and subsequently more XP, more rewards.

Users can earn XP by performing various tasks and activities on the platform. Some of the activities are explained below.

Daily check in: every NODO user can log in to their account every day and tap the daily check in button to collect the XP for each day. Some days, checking in comes with finishing specified tasks.

Publishing posts: as a SocialFi platform, NODO gives users the autonomy to create articles and publish them on the platform. Each article published gives the user 500 XP.

Upvoting: users can read articles of others and upvote on them. Upvoting gives 100 XP per upvote. Users can only upvote once for an article.

Share: users get XP for sharing articles that they find valuable.

Retweet: retweeting articles published also allow users to earn XP.

Create quizzes/surveys: users can create quizzes revolving around various web3 topics and gain XP for it.

Answering quizzes: users can also answer quiz questions and if they answer all correctly, they get XP.

Referral: every NODO user can tell others about the benefits of the platform, refer them to create accounts, start participating in activities to gain both XP and gems.

Campaigns: NODO partners with various web3 projects, taking the role of growth partner for these projects. A part of NODO’s tasks involves setting up campaigns. These campaigns are for users to participate in and they are incentivized. Each NODO campaign has various easy tasks that users can perform and earn XP, Gems, and real cash.

The XPs earned are deposited into user’s NODO accounts and can be seen on their profiles.

The NODO XP Leaderboard

Accumulating XP is not enough, if you want to earn real cash from it. NODO came up with the XP leaderboard months ago in a bid to recognize and reward its most active users and every user has equal chances of getting into the leaderboard. Each week, the leaderboard is set to track additional weekly XP earned from users within the 7-day period.

Two categories are recognized which are “XP Gainers” and “Quiz/Survey Takers.” 10 users from each category make it up to the leaderboard and are rewarded with real cash at the end of the 7-day period.
