After collaborating with numerous contributors in EOS Network Foundation (ENF)-sponsored working groups, four EOS Blue Papers have been published from their research:

1. **Audit+**: Provides a comprehensive framework for security analysis tooling and contract audits for EOSIO-based applications.
2. **Core+**: Aims to reestablish EOSIO as a global leader in blockchain technology.
3. **API+**: Facilitates the next generation of EOSIO-powered dApps.
4. **Wallet+**: Offers solutions for EOSIO wallets, SDKs, standards, and additional tools for developers and end-users.

These Blue Papers outline EOS’s current state and present over seventy-five recommendations to make EOS a top-tier smart contract development platform for Web3 apps. An ongoing community feedback effort is financing many of these concepts to transition from research to development, leveraging public insights for improvements.

### Partnering with OCI: From Research to Development
The ENF and Object Computing Inc. (OCI) have agreed to develop and implement the Transaction Lifecycle proposal from the API+ Blue Paper as the first set of EOS features to move into development.

OCI, known for enterprise open source solutions, is a modern consulting firm with expertise in machine learning and blockchain, partnering with tech giants like Google and Amazon Web Services. With over 200 skilled developers, including key contributors to EOSIO code since 2017, OCI has played a significant role in its development. They have also conducted EOSIO workshops, attended events, and collaborated with other blockchain projects like Emanate, AirTM, and StrongBlock.

Leveraging the expertise of OCI’s software engineers, the ENF aims to create a dynamic developer ecosystem. OCI’s ability to deploy agile teams with the necessary skills makes them an ideal partner for advancing EOS projects, regardless of complexity.
