Sophon, a blockchain platform utilizing zkSync's ZK Stack technology, has introduced a new rewards program aimed at participants in its liquidity farming initiative. The company has allocated 10% of its total supply towards rewarding users who engage in the farming period.

Participants are required to deposit eligible assets, specifically BEAM and BEAM/ETH LP tokens, into designated farming pools on Ethereum's mainnet. In return for their participation, users earn “Sophon Points (SP),” which serve as the reward mechanism.

Moreover, participants have the option to enhance their potential rewards through an optional booster feature. This booster can be activated by permanently locking a portion or all of the deposited assets for liquidity provisioning on Sophon’s mainnet. Once activated, this allocation cannot be withdrawn in the future.

Sophon is designed as an entertainment-centric ecosystem built on zkSync’s modular rollup technology.
