ATMTA has published its "State Of The Economy" report, providing insights and data on the Star Atlas economy. The Department of Economics released this quarterly record, highlighting the rapid growth of the Star Atlas gaming metaverse.

The report details the metaverse's contribution to Star Atlas, noting a significant figure last recorded in December 2021 at approximately 1%. This is the first report to include the Census of the Star Atlas Universe and analyze participant behavior. It covers the labor force, reporting a decline in wages per ship and a drop in average daily earnings per employed ship from 22 ATLAS to 16.8 ATLAS.

A thorough examination of the Faction Fleet (SCORE) gameplay module, launched on December 17, 2021, is included. The report notes that despite the inherent volatility in the metaverse, SCORE has shown resilience, providing a stable foundation for player fleet growth.
