The board of directors at Stronghold Digital Mining is currently exploring various strategic options. The company is thinking about selling its assets or potentially the entire company to enhance shareholder value, as mentioned in its recent financial report.

As part of the company’s review process, Stronghold is considering different deals to improve its share price. The exact timeline for any potential transactions has not been determined yet, and there is no guarantee that any agreements will be finalized.

According to CEO Greg Beard, Stronghold possesses more than 130 MW of fully operational data center capacity, with plans to increase its hash rate capability in the future. The company owns a large amount of land, access to water and fiber, and its own transmission lines that connect to the PJM grid, as well as two power plants with carbon capture potential.

Beard also mentioned that they are looking to expand their Bitcoin mining capacity to over 400 MW in the future, which could be used for both mining operations and advanced computing applications. Stronghold aims to maximize its assets to provide value for shareholders and potential investors.
