The Terra community continues to work towards reviving LUNC and USTC tokens, with a new proposal aimed at ensuring accurate circulating supply data for Luna Classic (LUNC). The proposal, titled "Change official CS API endpoint to Allnodes FCD," seeks to make Allnodes an official organization responsible for hosting the endpoint and providing correct circulating supply data.

The proposal highlights the need for an official source to prevent unauthorized changes to circulating supply data, which could harm the chain. Allnodes will update to the latest FCD version, implementing an agreed mechanism for calculating LUNC's supply by deducting unvested tokens, community pool holdings, and staked and bonded tokens from the total supply.

If passed, Allnodes FCD API will become the official information source for USTC and other native tokens. Twelve validators have voted in favor, one against, and one with veto power, but only 5.46% of authorized voters have participated, falling short of the 40% quorum needed. Voting closes on May 19, leaving time for the proposal to gain traction.

The Terra community's efforts demonstrate their dedication to reviving LUNC and USTC, and this proposal marks another step towards achieving that goal. By establishing an official organization like Allnodes, the community can ensure accurate data and prevent potential harm to the chain.
