The developer group expressed their gratitude to the community for their support and encouragement, stating that it means the world to them and that they are thankful for the opportunity to contribute to the Luna Classic chain.

Genuine Labs reported significant progress in the core repository for the SDK47 upgrade, which includes fixing e2e tests and interchain tests, configuring the testnet with mainnet data, and addressing potential bug issues.

In the coming two weeks, Genuine Labs plans to collaborate with validators to create a testnet for the security upgrade and prepare a proposal for the Columbus-5 upgrade.

Terra Luna Classic (LUNC) Burn Reaches a Milestone of 110 Billion

The LUNC burn rate has decreased in recent weeks, possibly due to the rise in LUNC price. However, the community has still managed to burn over 110 billion LUNC since taking responsibility for the chain after the Terra-Luna crisis.

The LUNC price fell by 6% in the past 24 hours, with the Terra Luna Classic price currently at $0.000131. Despite the drop, there has been an increase in open interests for LUNC and 1000LUNC futures on Binance and Bybit, indicating a potential rebound by traders.

Meanwhile, the USTC price also decreased by 4% and currently trades at $0.0251, with a 24-hour low and high of $0.0246 and $0.0264, respectively. Trading volume for USTC has also slightly decreased in the past 24 hours.
