The Aptos Foundation has partnered with Alibaba Cloud, the technology backbone of Alibaba Group, in a significant move aimed at enhancing the adoption of digital assets across Asia.

This collaboration has led to the launch of Alcove, Asia’s inaugural co-branded Move developer community. Alcove focuses on promoting innovation and improving digital accessibility in the region, particularly through the Move smart contract programming language known for its security, speed, and scalability.

The initiative aims to foster mass adoption of digital assets in the Asia-Pacific region, leveraging Japan's regulatory framework and tech-savvy population to drive global benefits for Web3 and digital assets.
