US lawmakers French Hill and Chrissy Houlahan visited Kuje Prison in Nigeria, where Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan is detained. In a recent post on X dated June 20, Hill described Gambaryan's wrongful imprisonment in what he described as a "terrible prison," drawing attention to the serious health issues Gambaryan is experiencing while in custody.

Despite suffering from malaria, double pneumonia, and significant weight loss, Gambaryan is reportedly not receiving adequate medical care.

"We witnessed firsthand his deteriorating health conditions at Kuje prison... What's worse, he is being denied access to proper medical treatment."

Hill Calls for Release of Gambaryan
Hill also highlighted the paradox of Gambaryan's situation, as he faces charges including money laundering and tax evasion, charges he vehemently contests.

Hill urged for Gambaryan's immediate humanitarian release, stressing that he should be allowed to return to the United States.
