The funding round saw participation from prominent investors including O-DE Capital Partners, ChaiTech Ventures, Simurg Labs, Gate Labs, HASH CIB, Bison Capital, Amesten Capital, and Evan Cheng of Mysten Labs, alongside community pre-sales of the Verida Storage Credit token.

The capital infusion will be pivotal in advancing Verida's mission to develop alternative data storage solutions tailored for internet users seeking greater control over how their data is utilized in AI training processes.
